Wax Pass Policies

Please review these policies before purchasing your Wax Pass.

Pass Validity

Wax Passes are available in three package sizes:

• 3 sessions: Valid for 4 months from the purchase date.
• 6 sessions: Valid for 8 months from the purchase date.
• 9 sessions: Valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

All sessions must be used before your pass expires. Passes are for the original purchaser only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Booking Your Appointments

Schedule appointments in advance and enter the unique booking code provided with your purchase.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment result in the loss of one session. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit that session.

Payments & Refunds

All Wax Pass purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Unused or partially used passes cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

In the event of studio closure or unforeseen circumstances, store credit may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

Health & Safety

Follow the studio’s pre-waxing and aftercare instructions. Tell your esthetician about any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies before your service.

J. Lanique Glam Studio may decline a service if waxing is considered unsafe due to medical concerns.

Policy Updates

J. Lanique Glam Studio may update these policies. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
